Tune Into Your Body with Patrick Beach’s Flow State Series

This series is called “Flow State” because
it’s all about finding the rhythm of your own practice. There’s very limited
instruction in all of these classes. It’s about you finding your own zone, finding
your own rhythm, and moving at your own pace. Two symmetrical back bends – any two of your choice. The more you practice these classes, the more you’ll realize that most of them are just guidelines, maps, ways for you to go from point A to
point B, which allows you to really tap into a unique rhythm of the body that
you can’t really get anywhere else. Wherever you go place hands and feet now,
prepare yourself, and rise. The more you’re just trusting that your body’s going to
be in the right place at the right time, moving at the right speed, allowing
yourself to have that deeper connection, that’s what this is all about. And when
you step away from all the anatomy, and all the alignment, and all of the focus
on each particular pose, you’re finally being able to tap into the essence of
your own practice, which i think is a really beautiful thing. I’m Patrick Beach, and welcome to Flow State.
